We address barriers to leadership for women, LGBTQ+ and BIPOC creatives in film, music, and media, by fostering respectful and equitable production environments. We ensure more artists finish and release their projects, while producing mentorship and professional development to help Artists navigate systemic challenges in film and music industries.
